Therapy for teens, college students & athletes

Meet Stephanie

The meaning of Full Circle.

“see how that just came full circle?”

“wait, it’s like I knew this all along.”

“these people are in my circle”

“that’s in my circle of control”

Throughout my five years as a therapist, I found myself always coming back to circles. In my most memorable personal therapy session, over five years ago, my therapist had me circle what I was to focus on. It’s stuck with me ever since, but only now is it coming full circle for me.

Your circle should want you to win.

Inside your circle, are the things you can control.

There is no distinct moment between the beginning, middle, and end - a way to encourage you to keep going and trust that you know where you are at.

And a lot of times in therapy, we have these full circle moments - the moments that make you pause, take a breath and know that you are supported, understood, and valued.

Ready to see what your circle is all about?
